A lot of people think they know 100% for sure how to make money online, there are really a lot of good ideas out there, and if you purchased these DVDs then you also probably have a good idea, or what you think is a good idea, so how do you know it will work?

 

Over the years I have figured out that if you want to make money online you have to be 1 of just 4 things. Now let me ask you a question, when you purchase online, why did you purchase that product? After you put in your credit card number, you need to ask your self why, because when you start to understand why exactly you purchased something, you start to understand why other people purchase things.

 

Why do people purchase something online and not in a store. What are the reasons? Well I came up with what we are going to call the Gregorchuk Diamond, ( sorry I am really trying to get something named after me) These are the 4 reasons why a internet site works or doesnt. All internet sites must fall into one of these 4 catagories. What do you think those catagories are?

 

First, we all know that internet is great for price comparison, so if you are selling the axact product which your competitor is selling and you are selling it for X Euros Dollars or pounds less, you will succeed right? So the first thing is Cheap! You are cheaper than your competitor. If you want to fly from A-B and there is an airline selling the same ticket for 200 Dollars euros or pounds cheaper, you will purchase there. So One way to be successfull onine is being cheap. Am I right? Ya Im right, you MAY make money if you are cheaper than your competior for the same product ( remember here I did not say service I said product) Purchasing a product is much different than purchasing a service, but dont worry well get to that latter. Remember with cheap it doesnt mean you make a cheap product, it just means you are cheaper than your competior

So you may make money online if you are cheaper then your competition, whyt do you think is the next way you may hit the gold mine online? Well Ill tell you, if you are cool. Cool is cool, and I really love internet sites which are cool, because cool means you can charge what you want, I personally dont like mega cheap, I dont mind cheaper than your competition, but I really dont like Mega cheap. why, because you have to do such an amazing volume on sales to make any kind of money being cheap, but being cool means you can charge a premium for something, for those older guys out there, think of the cabbage patch doll. It was a doll!!!!but it was cool. What is cool today, what sells today that is cool? I Phone, I tunes? Cool. Yet being cool requires a lot of money, and getting to cool aint easy, although I will show you ways to get your product much cooler than it is latter, but cool is the second way to make money online.

 

What is the next way? Well its trust, people beleive you can deliver what they want, when someone gets to your online store, and they trust you, you may make money online. Now trust can also be scams, which I am really against, yo if you purchased this DVD because you want to scam people, well, your an idiot and I hope you get caught and go to jail, for everyone else, building trust is another way to make money online. Charities do it, and so do scammers, but anyway, building trust is another way whoich you could make money online.

 

OK so what is the last way to make money online, well It is is ebarrassing, think about those enlarge you penis pills, drugs that make you last longer, things that you really do not feel comfertable going to the counter at your local pharmacy and saying. So the 4^th way to make money online is embarassing.

 

Now, you did not purchase this DVD series to discuss with me why your product will work because it solves a problem and when people really figure it out you will be a kabillionaire, you are here to listen how to make money online and if your product does not fit into one of those catagories, you need to rethink your product.

 

So here id the thing, you may make money if your product is one of the above, but you will make money if it is 2 of the avove, and you definately will make money, and a lot of it, if you are three of the above, get 4 and order the ferrari!

 

 

Any product online, any internet site must have at least one of the 4, and if you get 2 or three or an unheard of 4 of the 4, your laughing. Go ahead, think about the last time you made a purchas eon online, that means you gave your hard earned euroes dollars or Pounds to someone, what catagory were they in? Now your starting to figure it out, did they have 2, or 3 catagories?

 

Nbow you can be cool to your niche market, you dont have to be cool to everyone, if you have a website which wants to make money because you are selling comic books about Jesus in his teen age years where he was cool, well then maybe you will be too. Just remember, design your internet stratagy aroung at least one of these 4, and better yet 2 to three of these 4 and you will succeed.

If there was a rule number 2 it would be this.

 

There is no such thing as Emarketing, there is only marketing, there is no such thing as ebusiness, there is only business, and there is no such thing as ecommerce, there is only commerce, all of the rules which apply to business, business and commerce apply to the internet, there is no difference what so ever.

 

If you were selling tickets to a rock concert, you would just sell tickets on the day the band was playing, you would pre sell them, and if you were going to launch a product online, you wouldnt just open your web site and say, here we are.... well most people do exactly that because the think there is difference between business and e-business, there isnt, it is the same.

 

So everything you know about business, about marketing, about commerce, can be made one to one on the internet. You have experience in whatever you did in the past the way the company launched, the way the company marketed, now you have some great idea, you know what, it will work the same way. I dont care if you worked at some superchain store greeting people when they walked in, everything you know, can be converted to an amazing internet site, your life experience works, the way you did it in real life, will work in the virtual world as well.

 

You know when people find out what I do for a living they always seem to then tell me about their great internet idea, and most people have a great idea, really great ideas which they tell me about. In the SEo world we like to say ideas are like assholes, everyone has one. So once you have an idea, you then need to market it, people need to know your product exists, you can have the best idea in the world, but if you don’t effectivey communicate it, then noone can move to the next step and that is to take an action on your internet site.

 

That is the process, no bells and whistles and no guru talk, idea, marketing, action.
