After leaving the Military, Lance was the National Sales Director for Fitness First (Fitness Company) the largest fitness chain in Europe as well as the National Sales Director for 24 Hour Fitness, The largest fitnesss chain in the world. After starting his own consulting and equipment manufacturing company, Lance realized that the future of marketing was not going to be the methods which were used over the last 20 years and dove intensly into internet marketing.

Once Lance had taken one of his companies to the top positions in the rankings in all search engines, he sold well over 2 million Euro worth of fitness equipment simply because he was in position number one, the most trusted position in google.

After selling his fitness equipment company in 2009, Lance has concentrated on only SEO training, and optimizing websites.

Since there is no recognized degree in SEO, lance is really one of only a handful of people worldwide who is a regular guest lecturer at the Ludwig Maximillian University in Munich, Germany on the subject of Search Engine Marketing.
